Pine Acres - 3500 Sq. Foot Home in Wisconsin Dells

This newer, beautiful, 3500 sq foot home is located in rural Wisconsin Dells on 5 acres only 7 minutes from downtown WI Dells. Our home was carefully designed for family/friends to relax and spend time together in. The home has a zero-entry entrance (no steps) at the front door and interior garage/game room door allowing those with a wheelchair or scooter easy access throughout the home's main level. The interior of our home was designed as an open concept allowing a large group to spend time together or separately when needed. There are 6 bedrooms (3 on the main level/3 in the lower level) with 9 comfortable beds, 1 double futon and a folding portable twin cot, sleeping up to 20 guests. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a large zero-entry shower with glass doors and barnboard tile. There is a large Master Bathroom vanity with 2 sinks. Every other bedroom has a Queen bed at a minimum, with two of the bedrooms having additional beds to cater to families with children. The spacious kitchen has an 8-foot-long island with a stainless-steel gas stove (built in air fryer) large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a pizza oven, a second air fryer, a Ninja blender and a Keurig coffee maker that makes full pots of coffee or K-cups. We provide dishes/utensils for 20 and have a fully stocked kitchen to include the most common needed cooking ware. You won't find better tasting water from our well that is double filtered. We provide plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses and cocktail glasses. All utensils needed to cook a meal or open a bottle of wine/beer are provided. One roll of paper towel is provided. We provide one bath towel per guest, but guests have access to a washing machine/dryer in the first-floor laundry room. We provide a supply of free and clear washer pods and free and clear dryer sheets. We provide up to 8 rolls of toilet paper, a large paper towel roll as well as garbage and recycling bags. Enjoy gathering with your extended family/friends in the large Great Room complimented by the gas stone fireplace with the Amish hand-crafted mantle or in the 4-Season Room off the Great Room (Two separate patio doors that can be open/closed) or in the lower-level living room. Adults and kids will enjoy the heated game room located in the garage. There is an arcade game with 3500 classic games, full-size air hockey table, Foosball, ping pong table, Corn Hole and a giant Jenga game. We also have a plastic axe throwing game available to be used outside during the summer months. The home has 4 bathrooms. The main level bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom and lower-level bathrooms have showers. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner for each shower. Blow dryers and make-up towels are provided. Two of the bedrooms have powder cubbies with large mirrors to allow guests to keep moving through the showers that are heated with the large on demand water heater. The 4-season room and lower-level living room have 65" Smart TVs. The main living room has a 50" smart TV as does the master bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms have 32" smart TVs. All TVs are meant to be used with your own streaming subscriptions by logging into the Roku account. There is a Class II electric vehicle charger available for a small additional charge. Enjoy time on the covered front porch or on the rear deck. There is also a covered patio on the rear of the home off the lower-level walk-out. We offer a fire pit and provide a starter supply of firewood. Additional firewood is available for sale across the street at a neighbor's self-serve station. We also have a stainless-steel gas grill for your use. This house is perfect for teams competing at Just a Game (JAG) Field House or Woodside Sports Complex. We believe in our guests enjoying their vacation and only ask for minimal clean-up upon checking out. We personally clean our home and wash all bedding material including the comforters between each guest using free and clear detergent and fabric softener. The town roads are ATV/UTV friendly, and we have a snowmobile trail just down the road. We have many local supper clubs and bars that you will enjoy and list some in our welcome guide. There are cameras that record continuously on the exterior of the residence that cover 360 degrees around the home for the protection of our guests and for the security of our home. You will see them on the rear of the garage, north side, lower patio, west side of the garage, front garage, front door, east side of the house and front porch area and covering the dumpster/driveway entrance. Noise aware is used at this property to help prevent noise complaints/parties during quiet hours. The device measures sound decibels and does not record private conversations. The devices monitor sound level and will alert us to unreasonable noise levels. We especially pay attention during quiet hours (9PM-8AM) outside the home. Please move inside the home if you think you may be louder during those hours. We do not allow "parties" or events at this property. We don't consider adults having beverages and acting responsible a "party." We are reasonable people/hosts. We are unable to refund for weather, travel delays or illness, so we recommend you purchase travel insurance. A signed rental agreement and ID verification with a government ID such as a driver’s license must be completed within 48 hours of booking through the booking platform. An enjoyable stay at our home is our priority. We have minimal rules that we ask you to follow to help keep you safe and to comply with local ordinances/laws. By booking you agree to abide by these rules. 1. No parties or events. Please be respectful of our neighbors and don’t be loud (especially while outside). Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8AM. The property is equipped with NoiseAware that monitors decibel levels both inside and outside for excessive noise. NoiseAware doesn’t record/listen to conversations. It simply monitors noise levels and alerts us to unreasonable levels of noise. If we are alerted to ongoing loud noise, we will check the cameras to make sure there isn't a party/violation of occupancy numbers. We may contact you to quiet the noise down. If law enforcement were to respond due to a noise complaint, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit any remaining rent. No illegal substances at the premises. No fireworks please! 2. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please don’t park on the roadway or the shoulder of the road. No parking in the garage. If your vehicle leaks oil or fluids please don’t park on the concrete. Please don't park in front of the dumpster so the garbage truck can empty the garbage. 3. Please stay in the mowed/improved areas of the yard. Do not wander as you may cross onto neighboring properties and would be trespassing. A complaint could result in us losing our rental license or you being cited by law enforcement. We want to respect our neighbor’s property/privacy. Thank you! 4. Please eat in the dining/kitchen area. Please don’t eat in the bedrooms or living areas. Damage to furniture is your responsibility. We welcome children but ask that you don’t leave them unsupervised if there is the possibility they may damage property. If children (or adults 😊) drop/spill food, please clean up. We provide towels for messes in the laundry room. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for excessive spills/garbage not cleaned up. 5. Please only burn wood in the fire pit. No food, trash or plastic. We provide complimentary starter supply of wood. Newspaper and a fire stick is located in a plastic tote on the side of the house. Do not leave the grill unattended while using it. 6. Only place toilet paper into the toilets. Anything else to include feminine products, paper towels, etc. should be placed into trash cans. Our septic system may be damaged, and an immediate back-up could occur, resulting in charges for your group. 7. Absolutely no pets on the property. There are several pet resorts in the Wisconsin Dells area. We love animals but we don’t allow our dogs at this home due to some guests having allergies. $500 will be charged for animals at our property to cover extra cleaning. 8. Our home is not child proofed. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping children/infants safe. 9. Please place all garbage in the white bags and place into the dumpster. Please place all recyclables such as glass, aluminum, and plastic in the blue bags and in the blue recycling cans on the side of the garage. Make sure lids are secured to keep wildlife away. Clean all food out of the refrigerator. Thank you! 10. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run before leaving. We will put dishes inside the washer away. Thank you! 11. There is no need to strip the beds of bedding. We will wash the laundry. Enjoy your vacation! 12. All TV’s can be logged into using your Roku account. If you don’t have one, create a free one. You can then log into your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. 13. Please clean up any large messes after yourself. There is a broom and vacuum cleaner in the pantry by the interior garage door. We understand accidents happen. Report any damage so we can repair it immediately before our next guest. You are responsible for cleaning up all biological fluid or an extra cleaning fee will be assessed. 14. Do not throw the axes from the axe game in the garage. Take the game outside. You are responsible for any damage. 15. Checkout time is 10:00 AM or before unless approved in advance. We need the full amount of time to clean the house properly for the next guest. Thank you for your cooperation! 16. Only the number of people on the reservation are allowed at the property unless approved in advance. The number of adults (18 and older) and children (17 and under) must be listed. Extra people will be grounds for removal with no refund.
